LARGE HEART PENDANT

This heart-shaped diamond pendant is hand-fabricated in 18K yellow gold and accented with 24 lab-grown diamonds weighing 1.32 carats in total. (Approximately 1" wide.) Thoughtfully placed loops on the reverse of the pendant allow the18" chain to feed through in two ways so that the heart can be worn tilted or straight across.
