Whitehouse Brothers is proud to offer a free lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects on all purchases through Whitehouse Brothers. If you experience a problem with your purchase due to manufacturing, please contact us so we can make things right. If your rings are damaged due to a manufacturing defect, we will be happy to repair or replace the item without charge. If you are experiencing an issue with your rings, follow the simple steps below:

Contact Us:

Call or send us an email explaining the issue with your purchase. We will open an evaluation ticket at this time. You will be given confirmation that a repair request has been submitted and we will contact you very shortly to process your claim.

Ship:

Package your rings in the original box, or something similar to ensure safe return to our location.  Use UPS or Fedex for the safest and quickest method of shipping, you can purchase insurance through either carrier.

Evaluation:

Once we have received the shipment, we will evaluate your items to determine the cause of failure or damage. We will contact you within a couple days to discuss the repair and options available depending on the damage.

Repair:

All manufacturing defects will be covered in full without charge; any other defects due to excessive wear or trauma will be repaired at a reasonable cost to the customer. 

Return:

When your repair is complete, we will return your rings directly to you via 2nd day shipping. We will notify you of the return date via email and send you a tracking number to monitor your package. Please inspect your merchandise upon return to make sure the repair has been performed to your satisfaction.

 

 

Please Note:  Items not covered under manufacturing defects include:

  • Normal wear and tear/scratching
  • Discoloration due to chemicals from pools, hottubs, or beauty products
  • Prong and sidewall wear over time
  • Excessive damages
  • Products designed/engineered by customer
  • Product purchased through channels other than directly through Whitehouse Brothers
  • Products purchased prior to 2020
  • Work performed by jewelers other than Whitehouse Brothers
  • Prong catching and bending due to wear over time
